OPEN ENROLLMENT now available for the North American Contractor Certification Program (NACC) for Glazing Contractors

The NACC Program (NACCProgram.com) is a voluntary program, universally available to all Architectural Glass and Metal (AG&M) Contractors with processes in North America, through an application, evaluation, and program licensing and surveillance process.

The NACC Program is intended to provide building owners, general contractors, specifiers, architects, and other stakeholders, assurance that the AG&M fabrication and installation processes will be performed in conformance with the requirements laid out in the program. The North American Contractor Certification Program for Architectural Glass Contractors (NACC) provides professionally administered third-party certification of AG&M Contractors. Areas of focus in the program includes business practices, quality, competency, and safety.

How do I apply?

Open enrollment is available now through our website at  https://cip.naccprogram.com/Home/Welcome which will take you to the Customer Information Portal (CIP) to begin the application process.  After your application process is complete your organization will be evaluated through an audit process for compliance with program requirements. You can review information about program requirements at www.NACCProgram.com.

Who provides administration for the program?

Administrative Management Systems, Inc. (AMS, Inc.) serves as the administrator for the program and will be available throughout the NACC process to assist applicants. AMS, Inc. is a recognized leader in third-party certification in the glazing and fenestration industry. In addition to our work with the NACC Program, AMS, Inc. also provides single contact coordination of certification, inspection and quality assurance auditing services between fabricators of fenestration products, and nationally recognized associations such as the Window and Door Manufacturing Association (WDMA), Safety Glazing Certification Council (SGCC), Insulating Glass Certification Council (IGCC), Insulating Glass Manufacturer’s Alliance (IGMA), and National Fenestration Rating Council (NFRC) (see www.amscert.com).

Program Accreditation:

The Administrative Office and Certification Body (CB) for the NACC Program, Administrative Management Systems, Inc. (AMS) has applied for a scope extension for ANSI Accreditation to ISO/IEC 17065 for management of the program. http://www.naccprogram.com/accreditation.aspx
