On February 5, 2026 AGMA was officially recognized as the collective bargaining agent for Glaziers Local Union 1009 territory (i.e., all NJ counties excluding GLU 252 territory). 2026 is a negotiating year and it is AGMA’s intention to enter into collective bargaining with DC 21/GLU 1009 in the coming weeks.
This negotiation will cover the GLU 1009 CBA only. The GLU 252 CBA does not expire until April 30, 2026.
Negotiations for the GLU 1009 CBA will be a collaborative effort between traditional AGMA members and Northern NJ Contractors currently signatory to the GLU 1009 contract.
At the completion of the GLU 1009 negotiations, all AGMA members will receive an updated 1009 CBA and rate sheets.
