Lisa Godlewski

Lisa has led the Architectural Glass & Metal Association since 2013 and the Associated Master Painters & Decorators since 2024, serving as Executive Director to both organizations. With two decades of experience, Lisa maintains a commitment to AGMA and AMPD’s mission to create member opportunities that support high growth, high standards, and harmonious relations with industry stakeholders.

She serves as Chair of the Pennsylvania State Apprenticeship and Training Council, the first woman to hold the position. The Council oversees the registration of all apprenticeship programs in the Commonwealth.

Godlewski is also the Administrator of three labor management funds including the Glass & Metal Alliance , the GLU252-AGMA Targeting Fund and the GLU1009-NJG&MCA Targeting Fund.

Finally, Lisa is an educator at the Finishing Trades Institute of the Mid-Atlantic Region in their Associates Degree Program.
